hey guys! I have been practicing my spanish SOOOOOO much and it's been so crazy!   I had my first conversation 100% in spanish the other day!  We keep finding spanish speaking people and we have been able to refer SO many super prepared people to the spanish missionaries! We even found a whole family for them! It's been really cool see the blessings that have come from elder uchtdorfs invitation to learn spanish!!  But yeah! It was a crazy week! We has a goal to find 4 people to teach this week, and we found 10!! The two coolest were Joe & Brissa- We knocked on Joe's door while he was literally watching a video about Joseph Smith!!!! It was so crazy! We talked for like 45 minutes on his doorstep and he is SO PREPARED!!!!!!!!!!! Brissa was sooo sweet. She said her mom would read the book of mormon to her sometimes. We asked if she wanted her own copy and she was so excited and gave us both big hugs. Today for pday we had a district workout. We literally worked out...

HEY!! It was a great week! We had zone confrence, we followed a barefoot lady we later named "spooky boi lady," we spent hours making homemade sugar cookies to decorate at a district valentines potluck, we met a guy names mitchell that asked us & the elders to pray for his 9 daughters/ 2 step daughters, we weeded some people yards, helped people chase their dogs, talked in spanish a little bit! (I'll talk more about that), and had the funniest moment of my life!!!!! So I'll tell you more about speaking spanish. We knocked on someones door and we met someone named José! He was visiting from Mexico and spoke NO ENGLISH so we kind of spoke in the tiny bit of spanish we knew, but then with the help of Google translate and calling our district leader to talk to him, we found out that he had been in contact with missionaries in Mexico the week before!! hey sooooo story time!  this week I went to get something from my bag and found a phone inside. after staring at it for about 10 minutes, wondering why someone might have put it in there, I finally realized that I LEGIT STOLE SOMEONES PHONE ON ACCIDENT!!!!  so of course, I freaked out bc now I'm a convict! and I really didnt want to get sent home! and I  especially  didnt want to get sent to prison!!  but yeah after texting around for a few hours I discivered that it was an 11 yo boys phone from the spanish ward that we had an activity with a couple days ago  so the hermanas got it back safe & sound, and good news: I won't be sent to prison okay so now its spiritual story time! last sunday night we talked to a guy who said he wasn't interested but the spirit was  screaming  at us that he needed to hear our message so we kept asking but he kept saying no... so we did the best we could and went back again on monday night! as you can imagine, it ...

Hey guys! It's me again! I hit my year mark last week!!!!!  A BIG yeehaw for that!!! Mom hooked me up real good with a nice package of 1 yo birthday gifts, a new skirt, and some chick-fil-a gift cards, shes the best! She even ordered us a pizza! Anyways! I'm like super short on time but I have to tell one of my crazy miracles from this week!  This all happened in 30 minutes!!  So we knocked on someone's door and she was literally about to order a book of mormon online!  Then, we talked to someone else who walked outside as we walked to her door... and she said that her neighbors used to be members and she would always ask them questions about the church, and she loved the book of mormon, but her book got lost and her neighbors moved and shes been wanted to know more for so long!!!  Then! We had to go home and change, and we were super stoked about these two people so we were giggling (like sister missionaries do)... and someone asked if we had been partying...
